摘    要:根据酮苯脱蜡脱油工艺特点,阐述了原料、溶剂、稀释条件、冷却速率及脱油温度等工艺条件对蜡产品的影响,达到提前设计工艺方案,优化操作条件的。结合装置各系统间的作用,介绍了相关工艺技术的新进展,对于充分利用现有资源生产优质的石蜡产品,提高炼油厂的经济效益具有现实意义。

Abstract:Based on the process characteristics of ketone-benzene dewaxing and deoiling,this paper elaborated the effects of process conditions such as raw materials,solvents,dilution conditions,cooling rate and deoiling temperature on wax products to design process plan in advance and optimizethe operating conditions.According to the functions of the various systems of the unit,this paper introduced the new progress of related process technology.It is of great significance to make full use of available resources to produce high-quality paraffin products and improve the economic benefits of the refinery.
