节能利废型混凝土复合砌块性能研究

摘    要:为综合提高利用工业废弃物,利用铁尾矿、粉煤灰、珍珠岩等研制出一种节能利废型混凝土复合砌块.按照GB/T 50081—20002《普通混凝土力学性能试验方法标准》和JG/T 266—2011《泡沫混凝土》的标准进行了大量不同掺量下水泥、粉煤灰、铁尾矿及外加剂等对混凝土宏观力学试验研究,通过正交试验得到砌块的最优配合比为水泥∶砂∶石子∶珍珠岩∶粉煤灰∶铁尾矿∶减水剂∶水=1∶1.46∶1.92∶0.14∶0.18∶0.16∶0.02∶0.53,并对砌块进行了物理力学性能、耐久性能和热工性能的研究,其各项性能指标均能满足JG/T 407—2013《自保温混凝土复合砌块》的性能要求。

Abstract:In order to comprehensively improve the utilization of industrial waste,a kind of energy-saving and waste-profitable concrete compound block was developed by using iron tailings,fly ash and perlite.According to the requirements of GB/T 50081—2002“Standard for test method of mechanical properties on common concrete”and JG/T 266—2011“Foam concrete”,a large number of macro-mechanical tests of concrete with cement,fly ash,iron tailings and admixtures at different dosages were carried out.The optimum material ratio obtained by orthogonal tests is cement∶sand∶gravel∶perlite∶fly ash∶iron tailings∶water reducer∶water=1∶1.46∶1.92∶0.14∶0.18∶0.16∶0.02∶0.53.The physical and mechanical properties,durability and thermal properties of the block were also studied.The performance indicators of the block can meet the performance requirements of JG/T 407—2013“Self-insulating concrete compound block”.
