LNE-3技术在轻汽油醚化装置的应用

摘    要:为确保俄罗斯原油加工增效改造项目的完整性,降低整个汽油池的烯烃含量,辽阳石化公司新建的轻汽油醚化装置采用了LNE-3工艺技术。文中对该装置的进行了标定,结果表明轻汽油与甲醇在醚化反应器内反应良好,C5叔碳烯烃总转化率为98.22%,C6叔碳烯烃总转化率61%,能耗为1042 MJ/(t低于设计值1547 MJ/t),各项指标均满足装置设计指标。

Abstract:In order to ensure the integrity of the Russian crude oil processing efficiency improvement project and reduce the olefin content in the whole gasoline pool,the new light gasoline etherification unit of Liaoyang Petrochemical Company adopted the LNE-3 process technology.The plant was calibrated and it showed that the reaction of light gasoline and methanol in the etherification reactor was good,the total conversion rate of C5 tertiary carbon olefin was 98.22%,the total conversion rate of C6 tertiary carbon olefin was 61%,the energy consumption was 1042 MJ/t(lower than the design value of 1547 MJ/t),all the indexes met the design indexes of the plant.
