混凝土界面剂配合比优化试验研究

摘    要:为了进一步优化混凝土界面剂性能,进行了混凝土界面剂配合比及劈拉试验,主要研究参数为:水泥基体系、水灰比、微硅粉、超细粉煤灰及丁苯乳液的影响。结果表明:采用普硅-硫铝-石膏三元体系可以获得较好的早期和后期强度,在满足施工性能的前提下,水灰比越小,界面剂力学性能越好。微硅粉、超细粉煤灰的优选掺量为5%,丁苯乳液的优选掺量为10%,优化的界面剂配合比性能优良,可用于工程实际中。

Abstract:To study further the behavior of interfacial agent,it carried on an interfacial agent mixing ratio and splitting test of concrete.The tested parameters are cement-based system,water-cement ratio,silica fume,ultrafine fly ash and styrene butadiene emulsion.Results showed a better early and late strength based on ternary system of Portland-Sulphoaluminate-Gypsum.The optimal content of silica fume and ultrafine fly ash is 5%,and the optimal content of styrene butadiene emulsion is 10%.The optimized mixture ratio can be used in engineering practice.
