摘    要:文中运用PIMS模型对炼油厂装置的柴汽比进行优化测算。重点从降低炼油厂生产柴汽比的角度进行挖潜分析,提出具体的优化方向和措施,收到理想的效果。柴汽比由原来的2.30降至1.36,减产柴油970.7 kt/a,同时增产汽油、石脑油、航空煤油及乙烯裂解原料510 kt/a。

Abstract:In this paper,the PIMS model was used to calculate and optimize the ratio of diesel to gasoline in a refinery plant.In terms of reducing the ratio of diesel to gasoline in refinery production,this paper analyzed the potentials,put forward the specific optimization measures,and obtained the ideal effect.The ratio of diesel to gasoline decreased from 2.30 to 1.36,the output of diesel was reduced by 970.7 kt/a,and the output of gasoline,naphtha,aviation kerosene and ethylene cracking feedstock were increased by 510 kt/a.
