摘    要:某加氢装置原料油与反应产物高压换热器(E1103AB)换热效率下降,导致反应加热炉负荷偏高,严重制约装置加工负荷的提高,影响物料平衡以及成品柴油调和。针对该问题,从换热器换热面积核算、换热器管程隔板脱焊、铵盐结晶等方面进行分析,采取相应措施,减缓了高压换热系统结垢,避免换热器热效率下降。

Abstract:The reduction of heat transfer efficiencyofhigh pressure heat exchanger(E1103AB)of raw oil and reaction product in a hydrogenation unit made high load of heating furnace,which seriously restricted the increase of processing load of the unit and affected themass balance and blending of product diesel oil.This paper analyzedthearea accounting,tube side baffle weldingand ammonium salt crystallization of heat exchanger,took the corresponding measures to slow down the scaling of high pressure heat exchanger system and avoid the decrease of heat exchanger efficiency.
