摘    要:为研究超高韧性水泥基复合材料(ECC)的拉伸性能,采用乌鲁木齐地区常用原材料制备PE-ECC试件,对8组PE-ECC试件进行单轴拉伸试验,以探讨龄期(7、28、60 d)、粉煤灰和矿粉掺量(30%、40%、50%、60%)对PE-ECC拉伸性能的影响。结果表明:采用PE纤维,配合乌鲁木齐当地矿物掺合料,可以制备出拥有较好拉伸性能,且满足工程需要的具有应变硬化特征的ECC材料;随着矿物掺合料掺量的增加,PE-ECC试件的拉伸性能没有明显的变化趋势;随着龄期的增加,单掺粉煤灰和单掺矿粉试件的抗拉强度都呈现上升的趋势。

Abstract:In order to study the tensile properties of ultra-high toughness engineered cementionus composites(ECC),PE-ECC specimens were prepared from common raw materials in Urumqi,and uniaxial tensile tests were performed on 8 sets of PE-ECC specimens,the effects of age(7,28,60 d),fly ash and mineral powder(30%,40%,50%,60%)on the tensile properties of PE-ECC were investigated.The test results show that using PE fiber and Urumqi local mineral admixture,it is possible to prepare ECC material with strain-hardening characteristics which has better tensile properties and meets engineering needs.With the increase of mineral admixture content,the tensile properties of PE-ECC specimens have no obvious change trend.With the increase of age,the tensile strength of the single-filled fly ash and single-mineral powder samples showed an increasing trend.
