装配式钢结构复合夹芯墙板施工新技术研究及墙板性能模拟分析

摘    要:针对装配式建筑受原材料配合比、配套材料、成型工艺、安装工序、结构荷载等作用,工程应用中产生裂缝的现象日益增多,对装配式建筑内隔墙板施工新技术及受力变形特性进行分析,采用有限元软件ADINA,建立水泥基复合夹芯墙板抗弯及抗剪计算模型,考虑几何非线性、材料非线性,提出计算基本假定,对水泥基复合夹芯墙板在横向均布荷载作用下抗弯及抗剪性能进行模拟,分析水泥基复合夹芯墙板的开裂荷载、极限荷载、复合墙板的荷载-挠度关系曲线及复合墙板的荷载-应变关系曲线,并将有限元分析结果与型式检验报告结果对比,验证计算模型的准确性,得出水泥基复合夹芯墙板是一种轻质高强、抗弯抗剪性能良好的内隔墙体。

Abstract:For prefabricated buildings,they are subject to raw material mix ratio,supporting materials,forming process,installation procedure and structural load,the cracks phenomenon are occurring in engineering applications,it analyzes the new construction technology and deformation characteristics of inner wall panels in assembled buildings,using the finite element software ADINA,established the flexural and shear calculation models of cement-based composite sandwich panel,considering geometric nonlinearity,material nonlinearity,proposed the basic assumption of calculation,the mainly simulated flexural and shear properties of cement-based composite sandwich panel under transverse uniformly distributed load,analysis the cracking load of cement-based composite sandwich panel,ultimate load,load-deflection curves of the test specimens and load-strain curves of the test specimens,the results of finite element analysis were compared with those of type test report,verifying the accuracy of the calculation model,therefore,the cement-based composite sandwich panel is a kind of light weight and high tensile,good bending and shear resistance.
