摘    要:文中针对三柱塞往复式高压泵在使用过程中存在盘根泄漏、柱塞大堵头泄漏和倒缸的故障现象,分析了出现故障的具体原因,提出了盘根、柱塞、大堵头和高压缸缸头的改造方案。改造方案实施后,有效降低了设备故障率,节约了生产成本。

Abstract:In view of the three-plunger reciprocating high pressure pump in use of the existence of the root leakage,the plunger plug leakage and the inverted cylinder failure phenomenon,this paper analyzed the specific causes of the failure,put forward the transformation plan for rod,plunger,plug and high pressure cylinder head.After the implementation of the transformation plan,the equipment failure rate was significantly reduced and the production cost was saved.
