乙烯装置急冷水系统pH值自动控制的研究与应用

摘    要:乙烯装置急冷水系统pH值控制是影响乙烯装置平稳运行的重要因素。急冷水系统pH值控制主要包括急冷水、工艺水、外排水的pH值控制,具有明显的非线性、大滞后、强干扰等多种控制难点。通过pH自动控制技术的研究,实现pH值的准确测量并成功应用于乙烯装置,减少了装置腐蚀。

Abstract:The control of pH value of quench water system in ethylene plant was an important factor affecting the stable operation of ethylene plant.The pH value control of quench water system mainly included the pH value control of quench water,process water and external drainage,which was of obvious nonlinear,large hysteresis,strong interference and other control difficulties.Through the research of pH automatic control technology,it realized the accurate measurement of pH value and successfully applied in ethylene plant,which reduced the corrosion of the plant.
