摘    要:再生混凝土在实际应用中,一方面由于再生混凝土在性能上劣化于天然混凝土,另一方面再生骨料的来源不同,品质差异较大,很难得到统一的结论,因此使其应用范围受限。以Ⅱ、Ⅲ类再生混凝土作为研究对象,通过添加矿物掺合料、聚丙烯纤维进行强化试验研究。试验结果表明掺加矿物掺合料以及复掺聚丙烯纤维对Ⅱ、Ⅲ类再生混凝土抗压强度的改善效果并不理想,聚丙烯纤维对Ⅱ、Ⅲ类再生混凝土劈裂抗拉强度的强化效果比较明显。相同配合比下,矿物掺合料以及复掺聚丙烯纤维对Ⅲ类再生混凝土抗压强度的强化效果优于Ⅱ类再生混凝土,而劈裂抗拉强度则是Ⅱ类再生混凝土的改善效果相对较优。

Abstract:In the practical application of recycled concrete,on the one hand,due to the deterioration of the performance of recycled concrete in natural concrete,on the other hand,the source of recycled aggregate is different,the quality difference is large,it is difficult to get a unified conclusion,so its application scope is limited.Taking Ⅱ,Ⅲ recycled concrete as the research object,by adding mineral admixtures,polypropylene fiber strengthening experimental study.Experimental results show that after adding mineral admixtures and mixing polypropylene fibers on Ⅱ,Ⅲ recycled concrete compressive strength improvement effect is not ideal,polypropylene fiber on Ⅱ,Ⅲ recycled concrete splitting tensile strength of the reinforcement effect is obvious.Under the same mixture ratio,mineral admixtures and double mixing polypropylene fibers on the Ⅲ class the strengthening of the recycled concrete compressive strength is better than Ⅱ kind of recycled concrete,the tensile splitting strength is Ⅱ class to improve the effect of recycled concrete is relatively optimal.
