摘    要:针对常规车装钻机井架需采用绷绳固定,对井场地质要求高,占用井场空间大,不能满足丛林、山地、丘陵、沙漠等特殊地区油气开发需要的问题,研制了TZJ40(B)直立井架拖挂钻机。该钻机配套井架为双节套装直立式可伸缩K形井架,前开口、无绷绳、液压伸缩、液压起放,井架与钻台直接连接,钻台增加了侧面支撑与台体斜撑,保证了井架的稳定性。有限元分析及试验表明,该钻机的最大钩载达到设计要求,各项指标均符合API相关规范,可满足114mm钻杆4000m的钻井能力。

Development of the TZJ40 (B) vertical derrick's traction-driven rig
Abstract:Considering the problem that the ordinary truck-mounted rig derrick needs to be fastened by guy ropes,has a high requirement of the wellsite geologic conditions,occupies a large space of the wellsite,and cannot satisfy the oil-gas recovery requirements in special regions such as forests,hills,mountains and deserts,the TZJ40(B) vertical derrick traction-driven rig was developed.The matching derrick for the rig is the vertical telescoping K-shaped derrick in the form of two-section adhesive joint assembly.It has a front opening and no guy rope,with hydraulic telescoping and hoisting.The derrick and the rig floor are directly connected.The rig floor strengthens the lateral support and the floor's diagonal bracing,thus guaranteeing the derrick's stability.The finite element analysis and the test show that the maximum hook load reaches the requirement of design,all indexes agree with the relevant API regulations and it can reach 4,000 m drilling capacity with φ114 mm drill pipe.
