无缝钢管组织缺陷及对力学性能的影响

摘    要:通过对无缝钢管性能不合格试样的研究,找出了3种典型缺陷组织,进而分析了缺陷组织的形成及其对力学性能的影响。通过完善工艺制度,使产品性能合格率从97.91%提高到99.015%。

Abstract:By study on property unqualified samples of seamless steel tube, three typical structure defect were found out. Their forming condition and the influence on mechanical property were analyzed. The rate of property qualified products increased from 97 91% to 99 015% after the process was consummated.
