摘 要: | 为了分析和优化机床加工性能,需要对机床加工情况进行仿真和模拟,准确实时获取运动参数是关键。在步进电机驱动的三坐标机床刀具路径仿真系统开发的基础上,分析和介绍了1种获取运动参数的新方法——使用PCI I/O板卡以中断的方式接人外部信号,在以WinDriver工具包编写的驱动程序中进行中断处理,通过对寄存器相应状态位的读取和比较操作,实现对接人的脉冲信号的计数以及后续加工路径仿真等功能。分析了运动参数采集这一关键问题的实现过程。
