| 摘 要： | 济钢原料厂通过开发应用先进的原料混匀技术并实施一系列改造，如一次料场原料按成分有序堆放、建立厂内化验室、实施4BLOCK堆料工艺等，大大提高了混匀料的质量，为烧结提质、增产、增效提供了可靠的保障，同时也提升了自身的装备水平，提高了劳动生产率。

| Abstract: | By developing and applying a series of raw material blending technology, such as regularly stocking materials according to their component in the storage yard, building inside labouratory, applying the 4BLOC stocking process etc., the blended material quality of JIGANG material factory was improved, and so, the increasing of sinter quantity and quality was ensured, and the material factory equip level and the labour productivity were also elevated. |
