| Abstract: | The engineering example of this paper is based with a deep excavation with excavation depth of 24.2m-27.4m and area of 7086m^2. It is excavated with use of the supporting structure of diaphragm wall and up-down construction method Through use of this construction technology,it speed up the project,reduced the investment outlay and ensured the safety of surrounding road and underground utilities effectively. The paper introduces the overall process of up-down construction and presents the focal points and difficulties during construction. |
