摘    要:某超高层建筑地下室基坑面积约7086m^2,基坑开挖深度达24.2m~27.4m,采用地下连续墙围护结构加逆作法施工方案,可加快总体施工进度,节省投资,并有效保护周边道路和地下管线,文中介绍逆作法施工过程并分析其重难点,可供参考。

Analysis of up-down Construction Method for Deep Excavation Engineerings

Abstract:The engineering example of this paper is based with a deep excavation with excavation depth of 24.2m-27.4m and area of 7086m^2. It is excavated with use of the supporting structure of diaphragm wall and up-down construction method Through use of this construction technology,it speed up the project,reduced the investment outlay and ensured the safety of surrounding road and underground utilities effectively. The paper introduces the overall process of up-down construction and presents the focal points and difficulties during construction.
