| Abstract: | The management system of the ultra-large type project is typically complex. On the basis of the successful practice in the project construction of Guangdong Science Center（GDSC）,this article takes the project management theory as the instruction,put emphasis upon the discussion and research on the management pattern,purchase management,contract management as well as the project management to the ultra-large project organization,for similar project reference. |
