| Abstract: | This paper discusses on investment management and cost ~：ontrol in the whole process of infrastructure construction projects of universities,including decision making, design,bidding, construction,completion, settlement and renovation. It points out problems existing in cost management in the different phases and puts forward measurement of reasonable control of project cost. |
