新型提取技术在发酵产物分离中的应用

摘    要:目的对发酵产物分离中双水相、相转变、反微团、超临界、浮选络合提取等的应用作一综述。方法根据近年的文献,归纳总结新型提取方法的应用范围及特点。结果与结论新型提取方法是对传统提取方法的补充与改进,条件温和,环保高效,适合分离与提纯生物活性物质,在发酵工业中有着广阔的应用前景。

Applications of New Extraction Techniques in Separation of Fermentation Products

Abstract:Objective To review the applications of some new extraction techniques in the separation of fermentation products, including aqueous two-phase extraction, phase transition extraction, reverse micelle extraction, supercritical fluid extraction and floatation complexation extraction. Methods On the basis of recent literatures, the application ranges and characteristics of these techniques were summarized. Results and Conclusion Compared with the traditional extraction techniques, the modified ones are more efficient and enviromentally friendly for the separation and purification of bioactive substances. Hence, these new techniques have a wide application perspective in the fermentation industry.
