| 摘 要： | 目的探讨四君子汤总多糖的体外抗肿瘤作用和免疫活性。方法采用噻唑蓝（MTT）法检测四君子汤总多糖对人肝癌细胞株HepG2和小鼠脾淋巴细胞增生的影响。结果四君子汤总多糖在体外对HepG2细胞无明显影响，但显著促进脾淋巴细胞增生。结论四君子汤总多糖没有直接抑制肿瘤的作用，但具有较强的免疫促进活性。

| Abstract: | Objective To investigate the antitumor and immunological activities of the total polysaccharides from Sijunzi Decoction in vitro. Methods The effects of the total polysaccharides from Sijunzi Decoction on human hepatoma carcinoma cell line HepG2 and spleen lymphocyte of mice were observed in vitro by the MTT method. Results The total polysaccharides from Sijunzi Decoction had no obvious influence on HepG2 cells, while it could significantly stimulate lymphocyte proliferation. Conclusion The total polysaccharides from Sijunzi Decoction have an immunostimulating effect without a direct tumor-inhibiting activity in vitro. |
