| 摘 要： | 连铸工作过程中火焰切割机不能正常工作或火焰切割枪发生意外故障时,需要用事故割枪进行应急切割,同时抓紧恢复.分析了重型事故割枪的火焰切割机理,对其进气装置、调节装置、割炬装置等进行了设计.该割枪主要在连铸设备发生故障时使用,是连铸机工作时的必备配件,也可用于人工切割(50～300)mm中厚度钢材.
