摘    要:介绍了一种电阻焊焊接电流监测系统,重点阐明其硬件设计、测量原理及软件方面的管理功能.系统包含16个检测单元,可对16个检测点的焊接电流同时进行监测,能及时发现电流超限、欠限焊点和漏焊焊点,有助于焊接问题的及时发现和处理,从而为焊接质量提供了保证.监控管理微机可以控制16个检测单元的工作参数设置;同时负责接收、处理检测单元实时上传的采样数据,并及时显示在监控屏上.经处理的采样数据同时存储到数据库文件中,以便日后分析和查询.

Abstract:A set of current measuring and monitoring system for resistance welding was introduced, and its hardware design, measuring principle and software management function were described. This system contains 16 measuring units, so the current values in sixteen welding spots were measured and monitored simultaneously. It provides alarm control to prevent the abnormal welding spots, which is helpful to discover and deal with welding problems in time as well as to ensure the welding quality. During the welding, the real time data were transferred to the PC, displayed on screen and stored in a database at the same time for later analysis.
