| 摘 要： | 评估爱普生1640扫描仪和HELENA公司的QS2000软件是否适用于手工血清蛋白醋酸纤维膜电泳图谱的分析。对各18名肝硬化、肾病综合征患者及18名正常人的血清,以醋酸纤维膜为介质进行电泳,染色,漂洗,石蜡油透明;同时用HELENA SPIFE全自动快速电泳仪进行血清蛋白电泳作对照,分别得到透明的醋酸纤维膜与透明的琼脂糖胶片,再用HELENA公司的QS2000软件对电泳图谱进行分析比较。两种方法电泳得出的结果无显著性差异。爱普生1640扫描仪和QS2000软件可应用于血清蛋白醋酸纤维膜电泳图谱的分析,该方法科学、简便、成本低,具很好的推广价值。

| Abstract: | To evaluate whether EPSON 1640 scan and the QS2000 software of HELENA company can be applicable for analyzing electrophoresis of the transparent acetate fibre membrane by manual work.Three series of serum from each 18 patients with cirrhosis of liver,nephritic syndrome and healthy adults were electrophoresised, coloured,decoloured and transparented by Paraffin oil in the medium of acetate membrane and also were electrophoresised by the HELENA SPIFE Automatic Analysing Instrument.The results were analyzed by EPSON 1640 scan and QS2000 software of HELENA.The results analyzed by this two methods are not significant difference.EPSON 1640 scan and QS2000 software of HELENA may use to analyze electrophoresis of the transparent acetate membrane. |
