光纤浓度传感器的设计与分析

摘    要:本文按照文献[1]所提供的理论模型,计算了各类光纤(塑料、石英、玻璃光纤)的弯曲半径R,光纤半径a对光纤传感器的光衰减率γ或光相对传输率T的影响。计算结果表明大部分溶液R取0.5mm,a取1mm为最佳,并得到了实验证实。而对某些接近光纤折射率的溶液测定,则R不能取得过小,a也不能取得过大。计算结果分别与硫酸、乙醇、氯化钠溶液的实验结果进行了比较,均得到了比较满意的结果。


Design and Analysis of the Optical Fiber Liquid Concentration Sensor
Abstract:According to the theoretical model given in reference 1, the radii of curvature R, and effect of the radii of various optical fibers on the optical attenuation ratio were calculated and the relative transmission T were deduced. The results indicate that for most liquids the best values of R and a are 0.5 and 1 mm respectively. The results are in good agreement with the experrimental tests. But the value of R must be larger and a must be smaller than usual, when the refractive indexes of the liquid approach the index of the fiber. This was also proved by the experiment of concentrated smoking surfric acid. The calculated results were cheked in accordance with the experiment of surfuric acid, ethanol and Nacl solutions. Good agreement has been obtained.
