摘    要:设计了一种树脂成型柔性防刺服的防刺层结构。通过对三种不同空隙率的防刺层试样进行悬垂性测试、单层防刺层的准静态防刺性能测试和多层防刺层的动态穿刺性能测试,研究了空隙率与材料的柔软性、防穿刺性之间的关系。结果表明:随着空隙率的减小,树脂成型柔性防刺材料的柔软性变差,防穿刺性能提高;空隙率为21.03%的试样能够更好地兼备柔软性和防穿刺性。

Abstract:The structure of single layer of flexible stab-resistance clothing made by resin molding was designed . Experiments are made among samples with different porosity .Through drape experiments , quasi-static tests of single-layer and dynamic stab tests of multi-layer, the relationship between porosity and flexibility , stab-resistance performance was studied .The results show that as the porosity increases , the flexibility increases and the stab-resistance performance decreases for the flexible stab-resistance clothing made by resin molding.Among them, the layer with porosity of 21.03%has both better flexibility and better stab-resistance performance .
