| Abstract: | Science and technology development had made great progress in the water sector in the 10th FiveYear Plan period, which laid a solid foundation for a large-scale water project construction. Generally speaking, the standard of scientific research and technology in China has been advanced to the international level, and tak- ing lead in certain areas, with enormous efforts of scientific and technical workers in water field. Some advanced and practical achievements in science and technology have been used in water project construction. |
