纳米羟基磷灰石的常压合成与表征

摘    要:以乙二醇为氢氧化钙的溶剂在常压下合成了一种纳米羟基磷灰石晶体。分析结果表明,以乙二醇为氢氧化钙(Ca(OH)2)的溶剂反应合成的羟基磷灰石为细针状的纳米晶体,具有弱结晶结构,为非化学计量,其钙磷摩尔比约为1.66。这种纳米磷灰石晶体和自然骨中的磷灰石晶体在很多方面有相似之处。

Abstract:A new method that calcium hydroxide (Ca(OH)2) with ethylene glycol as solvent reacts with orthophos-phoric acid (H3PO4) is investigated. The research shows that ethylene glycol is a good solvent for calcium hydroxide to prepare the needle-like nano hydroxyapatite (n-HA)crystals. The n-HA has a poor crystallization and is non-stoichiometry with a Ca/P molar ratio of 1.66. This calcium-def icent n-HA is similar to the natural bone apatite in many aspects like composition, morphology, crystallinity.
