| 摘 要： | 从原料选配、纺纱工艺参数确定、设备调整等方面开展研究,解决了CJ5.83 tex×2 ZZ同向强捻股线生产过程中的捻度不稳定、定捻效率低、纱线强力低及强力不匀等技术难题。单纱质量是纺出优质股线的基础,因强捻纱捻缩大,合股后强力不匀恶化,应适当降低各部件绕纱速度,严格清纱参数的调节标准。
