| 摘 要： | 论述了棉、麻、锦纶混纺织物的产品特性,对其生产难度做了分析.阐明了织造生产过程中工艺参数的配置,特别是浆纱采用重被覆轻渗透的上浆工艺以及喷气织造上机参数的合理配置.采取上述优化工艺后该产品能够顺利生产.

| Abstract: | This paper discussed the product characteristics of cotton/hemp/polyamide blended fabric with the difficulty in its production analyzed.Process parameters and especially heavy coating and light penetration sizing technology and proper setting of weaving parameters on air jet loom were detailed to make the product smoothly produced. |
