安勒克晶体纤维性能测试及纺纱工艺探讨

对安勒克高端耐火晶体纤维的物理性能进行了测试,主要包括:纤维的细度、长度及拉伸性能,为分析其可纺性提供了参考.通过试纺实验发现,该纤维强力小,脆性大,经梳理后易被拉断变短,大量纤维嵌入锡林针齿内,制成率低；安勒克晶体纤维与其他纤维混纺时,摩擦抱合力小,纺纱较困难,与阻燃粘胶纤维可实现混纺.

Study on the spinnability of the AnLeKe crystal fiber
