粘胶空调纤维/竹浆纤维/涤纶喷气纱的纺制

摘    要:利用粘胶型空调纤维、竹浆纤维和涤纶纺制了14.8 tex 45/27.5/27.5粘/竹浆/涤喷气纱,成纱具备3种纤维的特点,产品外观、服用性能好。介绍了粘胶空调纤维的性能特点和纺纱技术难点,确定了纱线的混纺比,为防止粘胶空调纤维的胶囊破裂,对各工序工艺参数进行优选,制定了合理的工艺参数。

Abstract:Air-conditioning viscose fiber/bamboo/polyester fiber 45/27.5/27.5 14.8tex blended air jet spun yarn was developed,which was of properties of the 3 different fibers,showing good appearance and wearing performance.In this paper,the performance specialties of air-conditioning fiber,technical difficulties in spinning as well as yarn blending ratio determination were introduced.In order to prevent bursting of macro capsules,processing parameters in all processes were optimized.
