摘    要:旋转压缩机的低频噪声对空调器噪声的影响较大,对其来源进行识别并加以控制是研究中的难点.通过噪声时域分析、频域分析、声强测试、压缩机内部压力脉动测试及空腔声模态计算等各种手段的综合运用,确定了压缩机630Hz频段噪声尖峰源自排气压力脉动激起空腔声模态共振,然后对排气消声器进行优化设计,使得消声器两个出口声波激起的空腔声场相位相反、幅度相等,从而相互抵消,取得了5dB以上的实际降噪效果.

Abstract:As the main part in the air-conditioner system,the rotary compressor contributes a lot to the total noise level and the low frequency noise reduction is necessary and difficult.This paper focuses on how to identify the source of low-frequency band noise of the rotary compressors and how to reduce it.Time domain analysis of sound pressure is done,the sound intensity is measured,the related acoustic cavity mode is simulated,and cavity resonance is identified as source of 630Hz noise.Finally a new muffler is d...
