旋转式泄油器的研制

针对目前现场使用的泄油器存在作业过程繁琐、影响泵效、遇抽油杆断脱等特殊情况无法正常泄油等问题,研制了旋转式泄油器。依靠转动油管实现泄油功能,在管柱中不需要支撑点,不存在管杆弯曲问题,且可重复使用,操作简便。现场应用表明:无异常现象发生,泄油顺利,性能稳定,工作可靠,前景广阔。

Development of Rotary Bleeder

Seeing that some problems of many kinds of bleeders appeared in oil field,such as inconvenient operation,lowing pump efficiency,not achieving oil drain when the unexpected things took place,for instance,the rod parting,a rotary bleeder was developed.The bleeder could implement oil drainage through rotating the production tubing string.It didn＇t need the anchor in the string,and it cannot cause the pumping rods and the oil tubes flexural deformation.Further more,the bleeder coild be reused and be operated easily.There have not been any abnormal occurrence and the oil drain operation was always successful,since the field application in Gudao Oil Production Plant,Shengli Oil Field in 2008.It is thus evident that the tool is immobile in performance,reliable in service,and it has a good foreground.
