摘    要:应用主成分分析方法通过对大量钻头使用资料分析,根据每米成本、进尺、机械钻速和井深四个因素构建综合指标来评价钻头的使用效果,该方法与钻头每米成本评价方法总体是一致的,但又体现了钻头带来的潜在利益。利用该方法对中原油田濮城区块的沙河街组地层所使用的钻头型号进行了评价优选,并评价出其中使用效果较好的几种钻头,经过现场初步应用,取得较好效益。

Abstract:Principle component analysis technique was used to analyze large amount of bits utilization data. Utilization effects of bits were evaluated according to the composite appraisal standards established based on 4 factors including cost per meter, footage, penetration rate and well depth. This method, although being similar to the appraisal method of cost per meter, can reveal the potential benefits of bits. It has been used to evaluate and optimize the bits that were used in drilling of Shahejie Fm in Pu-cheng block, Zhongyuan oilfield, and several types of bits with good utilization effects were selected. Preliminary field application has achieved good economic benefits.
