ZVZCS PWM DC/DC全桥变换器的简述和发展

摘    要:随着DC/DC变换器对功率密度提出了更高的要求,IGBT代替MOSFET成为主要的功率开关器件,ZVS DC/DC全桥变换器的缺点日益显现出来。ZVZCS DC/DC全桥变换器减轻了ZVS变换器固有的环流问题,解决了IGBT电流拖尾问题,成为目前研究的热点问题。重点简述了该类变换器的形成,原理以及发展,并介绍了几种常见的拓扑,分析了它们的优缺点。

Abstract:With the increasing demand for higher power density conversion,IGBTs have become primary power devices instead of MOSFET.Shortcomings of ZVS DC/DC full bridge has emerged.ZVZCS DC/DC full bridge converter can alleviate the inherent freewheeling problems of ZVS converter,and reduce the turn-off loss caused by the tail current of IGBT,thus becomes the focus in present research.The generation,principle and improvement are illustrated.Some common topologies as well as their advantages and drawbacks are discussed and analyzed.
