| 摘 要： | 通过介绍我国城市地铁建设背景和城市的发展方向,分析了开发大规模地铁车站综合体在城市发展中的优势作用,从城市设计与发展的角度出发,在城市地铁车站综合体开发理论的基础上,分析了大规模地铁车站综合体开发模式、开发原则、开发程序和施工技术可行性,以此论证了开发大规模地铁车站综合体的必要性和可能性,目的使其充分发挥对城市发展的推动作用.
