电感耦合等离子体质谱仪半定量方法在盲样液元素分析中的应用

摘    要:采用电感耦合等离子体质谱法(ICP-MS),建立了一种盲样元素分析的半定量检测方法。对合成样品的半定量分析以及对实际样品的加标回收试验结果显示,该方法能够有效消除干扰,快速测定样品中存在的元素及浓度范围,测定结果的偏差为-29.0%~17.0%,加标回收率为-29.0%~17.0%。该方法可应用于盲样元素含量扫描分析,为快速了解盲样元素信息提供科学根据。

Abstract:A kind of semi-quantitative elemental analysis method for blind sample test using Inductively Coupled Plasma Mass Spectrometry (ICP-MS) was established. The semi-quantitative analysis for a mixed sample and recovery of the actual sample showed that this method can effectively eliminate interfering factors, rapidly determine a variety of elements at a time. The deviation of measured results is -29.0%-17.0 %, and the recovery ratio is -29.0% -17.0%.
