摘    要:建立了一种用盐酸副玫瑰苯胺褪色光度法测定制革工业废水中六价铬的新方法。在波长为545nm、硫酸浓度为3moL·L-1、显色时间为15min时,盐酸副玫瑰苯胺褪色光度定量法检测六价铬含量的线性方程为:y=5.2424x-0.0008、相关系数R2=0.9998,线性范围为:0~0.2mg·L-1,方法检出限为7μg·L-(13δ/k)。该法具有操作简单、快速、试剂污染少的特点。可作为制革工业废水中Cr6+测定方法之一。

A New Method to Detect Cr^6+ Content in Tannery Wastewater

Abstract:A new method which is a pararosaniline hydrochloride spectrophotometric determination method to detect hexavalent chromium content in tannery wastewater was established. At a wavelength of 545 nm, the concentration of sulfuric acid 3 moL·L-1 and coloration time of 15 minutes, the linear equation is y = 5.2424 x-0.0008, correlation coefficient R2 = 0.9998 and linear range 0 -0.2 mg·L-1 and the detection limit 7μg·L-1 (3 δ/k) for this method. This method is simple, rapid and little pollution; it can be used as Cr6+ determination method for tannery wastewater.
