小湾水电站高拱坝坝后施工交通规划设计与应用

摘    要:小湾水电站拱坝最大坝高294.5 m,共27层灌区,坝后仅设计5层永久马道,无法满足坝体混凝土通水冷却、横缝接缝灌浆及冷却水管回填等项目施工需求。为满足施工期间交通及坝体混凝土通水冷却等项目的使用要求,水电四局小湾工程项目部对坝后交通进行了研究,设计了可快速安、拆,周转使用的钢栈桥和转梯,满足了坝后临时交通需求,保障了各项施工项目顺利完成。

Abstract:The arch dam of Xiaowan Hydropower Station is 294.5m high at maximum and with 27-layer grouting areas.But 5-layer permanent berms only are designed behind the dam.This cannot satisfy construction requirements on dam body concrete cooling with water,transverse joint grouting and cooling-water-pipe backfilling,etc.To meet application requirements of accesses and dam body concrete cooling with water during construction period,Xiaowan Project Management of Sinohydro Engineering Bureau 4 Co.,Ltd.studied the dam-behind accesses and designed steel trestles and spiral ladders which can be installed and dismantled quickly as well as utilized repeatedly.They satisfied requirement on temporary access behind the dam and assured smooth completion of construction activities.
