摘    要:碧口水电站3台水轮机主轴密封历年来采用过尼龙端面密封、液压端面橡胶密封、端面水压密封,均属于端面密封形式。文章就3种密封的结构特点、工作原理、使用情况、优点不足等进行了简要分析介绍,为水轮机主轴密封的改造和使用提供一定的参考。

Abstract:Nylon end seal,hydraulic-end rubber seal and end water-pressure seal have been successfully applied for the main shaft seals of three hydraulic turbines,Bikou Hydropower Station.All these seals are of end seal modes.In this paper,structural characteristics,operating principle,application status,advantages and disadvantages of these three kinds of seals are analyzed and introduced in brief.It provides reference for renovation and application of the main shaft seal of hydraulic turbine.
