Learning is the top priority and main activity of college students. Students have some problems in learning such as improper learning motives, attention scattering and anxiety for tests. By analyzing manifestations and reasons of these learning problems, self - adjustment methods for vocational college students were put forward which were of importance for the improvement of students＇ learning psychological health.
