大峡水电站机组油压装置控制系统

摘    要:大峡水电站机组油压装置控制系统是针对大峡水电站公用设备分布范围广、数量多、控制功能各异等特点,采用现地自动控制为主,远方集中监控为辅的控制模式。其各控制单元采用PLC为核心控制部件,以现场总线网及无源节点的通信方式与计算机监控系统LCU连接通信,实现全长的综合自动化管理。在系统组态装置、设备制造、电器元件选型方面,考虑大峡水电站环境的特殊要求,主要核心部件PLC控制器、交流软启动器选用进口产品,以保证该控制系统具有较高的可靠性、先进性和技术成熟的实用性,易操作、维护简便。

Abstract:the control system for the oil pressure device of units of Daxia Hydropower Station applies the control mode of local automatic control mainly with auxiliary remote central monitoring in accordance with characteristics of wide distribution, large quantity and different control functions of common equipment of Daxia Hydropower Station. Each control unit utilizes PLC as a key control component to connect communication with LCU of the computer monitoring system in communication mode of local bus network and passive bus, realizing the full-length integrated automation management. In aspects of system configuration device, equipment manufacturing and type selection of electric element, imported key components such as PLC controller and AC soft starter, etc are selected in consideration of special requirement of environment of Daxia Hydropower Station so as to assure the control system to have a higher reliability, advance and practicality of mature technology as well as be easy operation and convenient maintenance.
