稀土复合混凝剂的制备及其在制革废水中的应用

摘    要:新型稀土复合混凝剂PACRES是一种以聚合氯化铝为主要成分 ,并含有稀土、硫等元素的复合混凝剂。通过试验 ,确定最佳合成工艺条件 ,稀土引入量控制在混凝剂中Al2 O3 含量的 1.5%~ 8%。将它应用于制革废水处理 ,可提高处理效果 ,使废水的色度和COD有较高的去除率 ,同时用量比PAC降低 50 %以上。

Abstract:The new complex coagulant PACRES is a compound of PAC containing rare-earth and sulfur element .Through systemtic experiments,the optimum process for preparing rare-earth-containing basic solutions of polyaluminumchloride was defined.The containing percentage of rare-earth compound of Al 2O 3 in PAC is from 1 5 % to 8%. The application to the waste water of leather-making have greatly effects of the remove percent of coloration and COD by the less half amount of PAC.
