摘    要:针对珠海电厂1号、2号机组T23钢管出现爆管现象,对T23钢管的显微组织、力学性能、维氏硬度、抗蒸汽氧化性能进行了测试和分析,指出长期超高温运行是T23钢管爆管的主要原因,为此,提出相应的防范措施,对今后该种管材在超(超)临界机组的大范围应用提供参考和借鉴.

Abstract:In view of the T23 steel tube bursting of Units 1 and 2 in Zhuhai Power Station,the microstructure,mechanical property,Vickers hardness,anti-steam-oxidation performance of T23 steel tubes are tested and analyzed.It is concluded that the long-term superhigh temperature operation is the main cause of the tube bursting.Corresponding countermeasures are put forward to provide reference for large-scale application of T23 steel tubes to(ultra) supercritical units.
