“互联网+”背景下精准化养老服务的发展现状及对策研究——以哈尔滨市智慧社区建设为例

随着我国人口老龄化程度的加深,老龄人口数量逐年递增,老年人口的养老需求也越来越多样化。目前我国养老服务供给覆盖面和层次有限,导致养老资源无法精准对接具有多样性养老服务需求的老年群体。互联网的兴起为养老服务提供了有力的技术支持。促进社区智慧发展,既是破解养老需求供给不足的重要举措,也是为老年人提供更加便利、高效、精准服务的重要探索。以哈尔滨市为例深入探讨目前哈尔滨市养老服务发展现状与不足,提出通过加强智慧社区建设提升养老服务精准化对接的有效途径。

Research on the Development Status and Countermeasures of Precise Elderly Care Services under the Background of"Internet+"

With the deepening of our country's population aging,the number of aging population is increasing year by year,and the caring needs for the elderly are becoming more and more diversified.At present,the coverage and level of the supply of elderly care services in our country is limited,which makes it impossible for elderly care resources to accurately meet the elderly groups’diverse needs for care services.Promoting the smart development of communities is not only an important measure to solve the insufficient supply for elderly care needs,but also an important exploration to provide more convenient,efficient and precise services for the elderly.This article takes Harbin as an example to deeply discuss the current situation and shortcomings of the development of elderly care services in Harbin,and propose effective ways to improve the precise provision for elderly care services by strengthening the construction of smart communities.
