变电站SF6泄漏检测与智能机器人应用结合

摘    要:以往通过人工方式完成变电站设备SF6气体的检测工作居多,但SF6气体泄漏浓度过高时,会给巡检人员的身体健康造成一定的威胁,严重时还会导致死亡。基于此,考虑以机器人为载体,搭载SF6检测传感器,完成对变电站SF6气体泄漏检测,并在最后的检测结果中,明确了智能机器人搭载SF6检测的可行性。

Abstract:In the past,the detection of SF6 gas in substation equipment was mostly done manually.However,when the concentration of SF6 gas leakage is too high,it will pose a certain threat to the health of the inspectors,and in serious cases,it will lead to death.In addition,when shooting artificially,the error is often caused by the jitter,making the detection accuracy difficult to grasp.Based on this,the robot is taken as the carrier and carries the SF6 detection sensor to complete the SF6 gas leakage detection of the substation in this paper.In the final test result,the feasibility of the intelligent robot equipped with SF6 detection is clarified.This research aims to use robots as a general-purpose tool to gradually replace artificial inspections and increase the efficiency and accuracy of inspections.
