| 摘 要： | 城市治理坚持以人民为中心是马克思主义人民观思想的内在要求。目前城市治理还存在人民主体地位体现不充分、城市政府为人民服务能力不充分、城市治理中人民广泛参与不充分等问题。为此,必须牢固树立以人民为中心的理念,健全发挥人民主体作用的制度,提升走群众路线的能力,强化人民参与治理的政策供给,为构建现代城市治理体系和提升城市治理能力赋能助力。

| Abstract: | Urban governance adhering to the people-centered mode is the inherent requirement of Marxist people's view.However,there are still problems such as inadequate subject status of the people,insufficient ability of the city government to serve the people,and insufficient participation of the people in urban governance.To this end,it is necessary to firmly establish a people-centered concept,improve the system to give full play to the role of the people,improve the ability to take the mass line,and strengthen the policy supply for people’s participation in governance,so as to empower the construction of a modern urban governance system and enhance urban governance capabilities. |
