城市人口发展过程中面临的公共安全问题及其对策

随着我国城市规模的迅速扩大,城市公共安全体系建设面临许多新问题与新挑战。合理控制城市人口规模,适度调整社会治理的手段和方法,创新城市社会治理,完善城市公共安全体制机制,提高社会治理能力保障和改善民生水平的能力,是我国适度推进城市化,加速社会主义现代化建设过程中需要解决的重大课题。在梳理国内外城市安全管理经验的基础上,针对我国城市化发展过程中存在的主要问题,提出创新和完善我国城市公共安全体制机制的路径及其对策建议。

Public Security Problems and Countermeasures in the Process of Urban Development

With the rapid expansion of the scale of cities in China,the construction of the urban public safety system is facing many new problems and challenges.Reasonably control the size of the urban population,appropriately adjust the means and methods of social governance,innovate urban social governance,improve urban public safety systems and mechanisms,and improve the ability of social governance to ensure and improve people’s livelihood is a major issue that needs to be solved in the process of moderately promoting urbanization and accelerating the construction of socialist modernization in China.This article intends to focus on the development of urbanization in China on the basis of combing domestic and foreign urban safety management experience,based on which this article responding to the main problems existing in the process puts forward the path and countermeasures to innovate and improve the urban public safety system and mechanism of our country.
