基于PLC的清扫车控制系统研究与设计

摘    要:为了解决传统清扫车电气控制系统中控制复杂、故障率高、操作困难等问题,文中通过对清扫车的控制需求研究,结合当前清扫车电气控制系统的发展现状,设计了以PLC控制器为核心,组态触摸屏为上位机的控制系统,该系统控制简单,操作方便,稳定性好,为清扫车上装电气控制系统的设计与实现提供了良好的参考与借鉴。

Abstract:In order to solve the problems of complex control,high failure rate and difficult opera-tion among the electrical control system of the traditional sweepers,a control system with PLC controller as the core and the touch panel configures as the upper computer is designed through the research on the control requirements of the sweepers,combined with development status of the electrical control system at present,the control system has the advantages of simple control,convenient operation and good stability,which provides a good reference for the design and implementation of the electrical control system on the system.
