摘    要:目的:测定不同产地血红铆钉菇子实体中主要成分含量,并建立相应的的指纹图谱,为血红铆钉菇质量标准制定提供依据。方法:采用高效液相色谱法测定血红铆钉菇中麦角甾醇的含量、紫外分光光度法测定总黄酮、总酚酸的含量,采用指纹图谱相似度软件进行数据分析,建立血红铆钉菇的指纹图谱共有模式。结果:不同产地血红铆钉菇麦角甾醇含量(1.82±0.02)~(2.14±0.03)mg/g,总黄酮含量(4.62±0.14)~(10.35±0.13)mg/g,总酚酸含量(6.73±0.06)~(9.27±0.06)mg/g,在血红铆钉菇HPLC指纹图谱中标定了10个共有峰,并建立了血红铆钉菇的指纹图谱共有模式,相似度在0.994以上,聚类分析结果将10批血红铆钉菇分为2个大类。结论:本文所建立的高效液相色谱法、紫外分光光度法准确、稳定、可控,对照指纹图谱可以为不同血红铆钉菇的质量评价提供参考依据。

Abstract:Objective:To provide a reference for the formulation of the quality standard of Chroogomphus rutilus,the content of main components in fruiting bodies of Chroogomphus rutilus from different cultivation places were determined and the HPLC fingerprints were established.Methods:The contents of ergosterol,total flavonoids and phenolic acid of Chroogomphus rutilus were determined by HPLC method and UV spectrophotometry,respectively.The fingerprint similarity software was used for data analysis to establish a common fingerprint pattern of Chroogomphus rutilus.Results:The contents of ergosterol,total flavonoid and phenolic acid of Chroogomphus rutilus from different cultivation places were(1.82±0.02)2.14±0.03mg/g,(4.62±0.14)10.35±0.13mg/g and(6.73±0.06)9.27±0.06mg/g,respectively.A total of 10 fingerprint peaks were identified in the fingerprint of Chroogomphus rutilus,and a common fingerprint patternt was established.The similarity was more than 0.994.The cluster analysis showed that the samples can be divided into two categories.Conclusion:The established method and fingerprint can provide reference for the quality evaluation of Chroogomphus rutilus from different cultivation places.
